Jordan Carlton

Jordan first attended the University of Alcala in 2008 for a short study abroad program while completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma. Those short few months weren’t enough for Jordan, so he returned to Madrid in 2009 to take part in the Teach & Learn program and obtain his Masters of Education in the Language, Literature, and Culture of the Hispanic World. After spending two incredible years soaking in the language, the culture, and the food, he returned to the US to begin working for the Dallas public school system, one of the largest in the nation. He now manages all talent acquisition efforts for Dallas and loves sharing how his experience at the University of Alcala helped open the doors to lead him where he is today. Jordan now lives in downtown Dallas, where he has recruited several fellow Teach & Learn alumni to join him, and continues to share his love for all things Spain-related.
